Refund Policy

It an item arrives with a problem or fault, please contact me to discuss appropriate resolution, such as replacement, repair, or refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges if this occurs. If you think your item has a fault, please contact us.
No refunds will be given for change of mind after product is shipped. No refunds will be given for lost or delayed mail.
An exchange may be possible for certain items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery date.
